Beginning July 14, 2026, KW Legacy Partners agents will begin using Lone Wolf Transact: Command Edition, a powerful transaction management and e-signature solution designed specifically for real estate professionals.
Whether you're attending training for the first time or looking for additional support, this page is your central resource for everything related to the transition.
What is Lone Wolf?
Lone Wolf Transact is a real estate transaction management platform that works alongside Command to help agents manage documents, transactions, signatures, and compliance more efficiently.
With Lone Wolf, you'll be able to:

How Lone Wolf Works with Command
Step 1: Create Your Contact & Opportunity in Command Start your transaction in Command by creating or locating your contact and setting up your Opportunity. Include as much information as possible: Property details Client information Dates Financial information Parties involved The more complete your Opportunity, the smoother the workflow. Step 2: Sync Your Opportunity with Lone Wolf From the Documents tab within your Opportunity, you'll connect your transaction to Lone Wolf. This creates a linked transaction that allows information to flow between Command and Lone Wolf. Step 3: Prepare Forms & Documents Inside Lone Wolf, you'll be able to: ✅ Access forms and templates ✅ Add transaction participants ✅ Prepare listing and contract documents ✅ Create reusable templates ✅ Use custom clauses ✅ Organize transaction paperwork Step 4: Send Documents for Signature Using Lone Wolf's built-in e-signature tools, you'll send documents directly to clients and other parties for review and signatures. Step 5: Upload Signed Documents to Command Once documents are signed, return to your Opportunity in Command and upload completed PDFs to the Compliance Checklist. Step 6: Submit for Compliance Review Submit your completed transaction to your Market Center through Command and track its review status.
